Order Processing Time

Standard orders (Fragrance & Decor) are processed within 1–3 business days. Due to specialized handling and custom crating, orders from our Natural Stone Collection require 3–5 business days for processing and quality inspection.

Shipping Destinations & Costs

We currently offer Free Standard Shipping exclusively within the contiguous United States.

Shipping not available to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and United States Virgin Islands.

Shipping Scope

Our shipping service is currently available exclusively to locations within the contiguous United States.

We make every effort to deliver your package as quickly and safely as possible. However, extra time may be required due to invalid addresses or unforeseen delays. For our Stone Collection, deliveries are typically made curbside or to your front door/building entrance.

Sales Tax and Fees

For orders within the United States, applicable sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address. There are no hidden import duties or additional customs fees for domestic deliveries.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours).

During high-demand periods, tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to appear. If you experience issues tracking your package, please contact us and we will follow up with the carrier within 24 hours.

Delivery Time & Delays

Estimated delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated time frame, please contact us at hello@giforia.com. We will immediately follow up with the shipping carrier and keep you updated.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment.

If you have paid but your item has not yet shipped, you may contact us to cancel and receive a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may still be eligible for a return under our Refund Policy.
