Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. This includes essential order verification, quality checks, and packaging. During peak shopping seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Scope
Our shipping service is currently available to locations in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
We make every effort to deliver your package as quickly and safely as possible. However, extra time may be required due to invalid addresses, customs inspections, or other unforeseen delays.

VAT and Duties
For most destinations, we ship using tax-included (DDP) delivery.
This means import duties and customs clearance fees are typically included in the product price, and customers are usually not required to pay additional charges upon delivery.
However, local regulations may vary by country or region.
In rare cases, additional local taxes (such as VAT) or fees may be charged by customs authorities.
If this occurs, please keep all receipts and contact our customer service team. We will review the documentation and assist accordingly.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours).
During high-demand periods, tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to appear. If you experience issues tracking your package, please contact us and we will follow up with the carrier within 24 hours.
Deliveries will be made to your front door or building entrance based on the shipping address provided.
Delivery Time & Delays
Estimated delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment.
- If you have paid but your item has not yet shipped, you may contact us to cancel and receive a full refund.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may still be eligible for a return under our Refund Policy.
