Standard orders from our Fragrance & Decor collection are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders from our Display Furniture collection are made to order after purchase. Please allow 7–14 calendar days for careful production, quality inspection, packaging, and scheduled dispatch before international transit begins.
Shipping Destinations & Costs
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping exclusively within the contiguous United States.
Please note: Fragrance & Decor delivery estimates are calculated in business days, while Display Furniture delivery estimates are calculated in calendar days due to made-to-order production, scheduled dispatch, ocean transit, and final local carrier delivery.

Shipping Scope
Our shipping service is currently available exclusively to locations within the contiguous United States.
We make every effort to deliver your package as quickly and safely as possible. However, extra time may be required due to invalid addresses or unforeseen delays. For our Display Furniture collection, deliveries are typically made curbside or to your front door/building entrance.
Pricing, Taxes, and Fees
The price shown on our website is the final price you pay at checkout for orders shipped within the contiguous United States. No additional charges, import duties, or hidden fees will be added at checkout for these orders unless otherwise stated.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
For Fragrance & Decor orders, tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours after shipment.
For Display Furniture orders, tracking updates may become active after the shipment arrives in the United States and is scanned by the local carrier, such as UPS or FedEx.
During high-demand periods, tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to appear. If you experience issues tracking your package, please contact us and we will follow up with the carrier within 24 hours.
Delivery Time & Delays
Estimated delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.
For Display Furniture orders, processing time refers to the made-to-order production, quality inspection, packaging, and scheduled dispatch period before international transit begins. Estimated shipping time covers international ocean transit and final delivery by a local carrier after arrival in the United States.
If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated time frame, please contact us at hello@giforia.com. We will immediately follow up with the shipping carrier and keep you updated.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment.
If you have paid but your item has not yet shipped, you may contact us to cancel and receive a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may still be eligible for a return under our Refund Policy.
